Ramada hotel located at 1221 Granville st with 12 west night club and morressi pop bar since 2014 is the one of the property which is Kings men services ltd is responsible for all the repairs and renovation and hotel and facility upgrading .
The Lex apt @1249 Granville st is 45 residential unit plus 2 commercial retail located at Granville st ,kings men services ltd responsible for building maintenance and security since 2016 till present .
kings men services  started the first multifamily houses project in 2017 and since that time over 100 condos and  houses and townhouses within 5 km of Vancouver downtown core becoming the fix clients for kings men.
Olympic village parcel 3 was one of the projects which is kings men services ltd was cooperating with ITC construction group in 2010 to 2012 regarding all the building deficiency and maintenance work at parcel 3 of Olympic village .
